To confirm your booking we require full payment upfront 10 days prior to your arrival. This includes a set cleaning fee of R300 that applies on all bookings made. This covers cleaning once you have vacated our property. Please make payment via bank transfer and email a proof of payment. Bookings are subject to cancellation if payment is not received within the timeframe stated above.
All cancellations must be submitted via email. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
More than 1 week before check-in – 100% deposit refunded
More than 48 hours before check-in – 50% deposit refunded
Less than 48 hours before check-in – No Refund
Check In – 1500hrs to 1700hrs
Check Out – 0900hrs to 1000hrs
We have opened our home to you as our guests. Should anything break we rely on an honesty policy. Please let us know, and if possible replace broken items. If you cannot replace whilst on holiday we will invoice you the replacement value once you get home.
